This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, offering exquisite views of the riverfront from the spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff were attentive to our needs and the exclusive amenities, like the indoor swimming pool and spa centre, made for a truly relaxing stay.

While the breakfast buffet had a decent selection, the quality could have been better for a five-star hotel. One minor issue was that the electronic blinds in the room were difficult to locate.

The hotel was situated in a less touristy part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. However, there was a big outlet for the shopping addicted nearby. The room was spacious and had a good view over the city. The bathroom was well-equipped with necessary amenities. The service was good and friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The temperature inside the hotel in the summer was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities.

The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a modern gym, indoor pool, and spa.

Some of the hotel staff could be more customer-friendly, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant.
